Shipping Policy

  • We are shipping from Toledo, OH
  • Orders placed with Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) will be automatically sent parts required by VIN. 
  • In stock orders usually ship within 24 hours.
  • Orders places without a VIN are processed per the customer Request. Fitment can not be verified. 
  • Orders may take up to 48 hours to process, depending on the day of the week and or one which a holiday falls.
  • If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 1-4 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-4 business days. Some parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.
  • Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-8 days.
  • Over-sized shipments will be additional fee; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
  • We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
  • Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination.
  • We do not ship internationally.
  • In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back-order or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
  • We do not ship COD orders.
  • Transit times (ex. priority 2-3 days) refers to SHIPPING ONLY, not including processing time or the time it takes to receive parts on order.
  • Some parts will be considered Haz-Mat, these parts will incur extra fees because they require a special shipping method. These parts would also not be returnable
